Quinteto Viceversa

With a view to developing a repertoire encompassing the different eras of tango from a modern sonority, Viceversa was born as a quartet in 2003, later to be made a quintet in 2005. Drawing inspiration from Astor Piazzolla, the quintet ventured into a unique style which led to highly interesting and innovative arrangements of classics of the genre such as Los Mareados, Nocturna and El Marne and their own works which reflect the young musicians’ talent and potential. In March 2006, the quintet released their first album, Viceversa Tango. Within the framework of the XI Tango Festival, they will be presenting their second album, A Todo Trapo, released this year. Viceversa is made up of Emiliano Greco (piano), Lautaro Greco (bandoneón), Juan Pablo Saraco (electric guitar), Juan Miguens (double-bass) and Lucas Furno (violin).
