Juan Vattuone

A composer, singer, playwright, lyricist and guitarist, Juan Vattuone treads his own path. He often collaborates on theatre productions. In Barcelona, his song Pablito el Grande, written at age 14, was his contribution to a telethon devised for collecting toys, with an outcome of two million toys donated. This incident defines Juan Vattuone better than does his vast résumé, which includes collaborations with Marikena Monti, Gerardo Romano and Emilio Alfaro. Three arts converge in Escuchame Una Cosa: tango, dance and rap or hip hop. Vattuone will be joined by his daughters, the dancer Julieta Vattuone, who has been the choreographer of his shows for five years, and Anita Vatt, a rap author and composer. The team is completed with musician and arranger Víctor Lasear.
