The Process of Choreographic Creation

Pilot choreographic experience: four days of creativity Come see how choreographers create. Sneak a look at the creative process. As never before, the audience can witness the process of choreographic creation. A group of dancing couples will be directed by different choreographers (Claudio González & Melina Brufman, Laura Roatta, Leonardo Cuello y Milena Plebs), who, by means of practical exercises, improvisations and short group stagings, will convey their concepts on creation. In each of the four-hour sessions, each choreographer will work with the same group of dancers; they will tackle many different topics related to tango or its fusion with other genres, depending on their own choice. The aim of the experience is to provide the opportunity for the audience to witness an activity which usually takes place behind closed doors: the rehearsal with the dancers and they process by which each choreographer leaves their personal imprint.
