AN AFTERNOON WITH VERY CELEBRATED ARTISTS

Performing this Saturday at 5 pm at Harrods, within the “Panorama” section of the Tango World Championship and Festival will be Argentine well-known artists María Estela Monti and Marcelo Boccanera (featuring Liliana Cassini). Monti is to present her fourth solo album “Solo Piazzolla,” which pays tribute to master Astor. Boccanera, in turn, will offer a classical repertoire focused on the ‘40s, generally considered the “golden decade of tango” in Argentina.

María Estela Monti will be performing along with pianist Nicolás Guerschberg, arrangements, Alejandro Guerschberg (bandoneón), Francisco Fernández (guitar) and Pablo Motta (double bass). Boccanera, besides performing with

Liliana Cassini, will be accompanied by pianist Gustavo Corrado and guitar player Víctor Lasear.
